  • Absolutely. Paige specializes in immersive multi-course dining experiences highlighting organic, regenerative, and wild-foraged ingredients from the Pacific Northwest.

  • Yes. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and many other dietary preferences or sensitivities can be accommodated with creativity and care. Please notify us during the inquiry process.

  • Each booking includes custom menu development, ingredient sourcing from local farms and foragers, on-site cooking, plating, and cleanup. Additional services such as wine pairing, tablescape design, or rentals can be added as needed.

  • Chef Paige serves the entire Columbia Gorge (White Salmon, Hood River, Mosier, Lyle, The Dalles, Stevenson, Cascade Locks) and the Portland metro including Portland, Lake Oswego, Vancouver, Beaverton, and Hillsboro

  • Yes — a non-refundable 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.

  • Yes, for larger or plated events, additional professional servers can be arranged for an elevated, seamless dining experience.

  • Pricing varies depending on the event style, guest count, and menu complexity. Weddings over 80 people typically begin around $85 per person , plus gratuity. Smaller private dinners and events start at $180 per person, plus gratuity. Custom quotes are provided after your consultation.

FAQ’S for MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE

  • Delivery is available throughout the Columbia Gorge (White Salmon, Hood River, Mosier, Lyle, The Dalles, Stevenson, Cascade Locks) and the Portland metro region

  • Deliveries are made once per week. After reserving your spot, you'll receive a confirmation email with your delivery day and timeframe.

  • Every single week. Menus are built around the season, farm availability, and wild-foraged ingredients—keeping your meals diverse and deeply nourishing.

  • The service is $300 per week, including 3 chef-prepared meals with 2 portions each (6 total servings), delivered in glass Pyrex containers.

  • Yes. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian accommodations are available and crafted with creativity and care.

  • Yes, simply let us know 1 week before your scheduled delivery.
